Ingredients:
1 Whole Sea Bass per serving (cleaned and prepared) (Buy them here)
1-2 Lemons
Coriander
Chillis
Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt to taste
The Method
Step 1 – The Prep:
Simply stuff the prepared sea bass with lemon, coriander, chillis, garlic and rub in oil and salt.
Step 2 – The BBQ:
Bang it on the bbq for about 5/6 mins each side and eat like a wild animal with your hands! Getting two is essential as you will not want to share…
